NotesToNotion (notestonotion.notionify.net) is operated by Notionify. Notionify provides services to users through NotesToNotion in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and this agreement has the legal effect of a contract between the user and Notionify. hereby reminds users to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the terms of exemption, limitation of Notionify, restrictions on user rights, dispute resolution, and applicable laws.

Please read carefully and choose whether to accept this agreement. Unless the user accepts all the terms of this agreement, the user has no right to use the services provided by NotesToNotion. under this agreement. After the user registers, logs in, or uses NotesToNotion, this agreement constitutes a legal document binding on both parties.

User Registration

In order to protect the rights and interests of users, users must carefully read all the terms of this service agreement before voluntarily registering to use NotesToNotion services.

The user has to agree to and accept all the terms of this agreement and complete the registration process in order to become an official user of NotesToNotion.

User Account

After the user has successfully registered in NotesToNotion. will open an account for the user as the user's unique identification when using the service in NotesToNotion.

The user email and password of the account are set by the user and the user is responsible for safekeeping.

All operations through the user email are by default recognized as user's own behavior, and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities.

User Information Collection and Use

The user information collected by NotesToNotion includes but is not limited to the user's email address, password, nickname, avatar, signature, and other information.

The user information collected by NotesToNotion will be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing services to users
  • Improving NotesToNotion
  • Analyzing user behavior
  • Providing customer service
  • Other purposes

The user information collected by NotesToNotion will be stored in accordance with the privacy policy of NotesToNotion, and will be used for the above purposes only.

User Data Security

The user data collected by NotesToNotion is stored in a secure environment, for Supabase and is only accessible to authorized personnel.

The user shall take measures to protect the security of the user data collected by NotesToNotion, including but not limited to:

  • Regularly updating the user data
  • Backing up the user data

Change of Rules

NotesToNotion may change the rules of this service as needed. Modifications and changes to service rules will be included in NotesToNotion's updated rules.

All changes are severable, and if some of the changes or terms are found to be invalid, it will not affect the validity of other changes or terms. When using the various services provided by Notionify, the user undertakes to accept and abide by the provisions of the relevant terms.

Termination of Service

NotesToNotion reserves the right to terminate the service at any time, and the user shall be notified of the termination of service in advance.

If the user proposes to NotesToNotion to cancel the user account, the user will cancel the service agreement relationship with NotesToNotion.

if the account is canceled after NotesToNotion's review and approval. However, after canceling the user account, NotesToNotion still reserves the following rights: If the user has violated the law on NotesToNotion or violated this agreement before the cancellation, NotesToNotion can still exercise the rights stipulated in this agreement. In the following cases, NotesToNotion can terminate the service by logging out the user:

  • The user has violated the law on NotesToNotion or violated this agreement. NotesToNotion has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user;
  • When this agreement is terminated or updated, the user is unwilling to accept the new service agreement.
