How to Enable One-Click Sync
On this page
Install Chrome Extension
⚠️ Note: After installing the extension, it's recommended to pin it to your browser's toolbar
After opening the extension, it should look like this:
Login to MemoHub
Since we plan to enable syncing across multiple channels in the future (such as web import functionality, iOS shortcuts, etc.), you need to login to MemoHub first to obtain your unique platform user identifier.
Click "Not Login" to go to the MemoHub website to login
After successful login, your email and membership information will be displayed
Authorize Notion
Click the "Authorize" button to be redirected to Notion's authorization page
After Notion authorization, MemoHub's Notion template will be copied to your workspace
On the authorization page, select your workspace in the top right corner and click Next
Important: Make sure to select the default option Use a template provided by the developer!!! to copy MemoHub's template, otherwise syncing won't work. Then click Allow access
After successful authorization, you'll be redirected to MemoHub's success page, and an empty template will be copied to your Notion workspace. The extension will show "Authorized". If authorization fails, please report the issue or contact us directly.
Authorize Third-Party Platforms
Taking Google Keep as an example, when unauthorized (click to authorize), you'll be redirected to Google Keep's login page. After login, the MemoHub extension will show "Authorized"
Enable One-Click Sync
⚠️ Note: Sync can only be enabled after meeting three necessary conditions: successful MemoHub login, Notion authorization, and third-party platform authorization
⚠️ Note: Sync is triggered periodically and may occasionally experience interruptions. Please be patient, or you can perform a full sync to speed up the process
Click the sync toggle to officially start syncing. You'll see data being written to your copied Notion template, and the extension will display "Syncing"
